I recompiled the predator vision script because it never worked for me and now it works even on new characters :). Its not directly a LAL problem it seams to be a Problem that the Character Creation messes with, so pretty much everytime you use the Character Creation with pretty much any mod or eevn in Vanilla it could mess things up Not sure if there's a way to safely terminate and restart what's needed? I'm level 11 now and became a vampire to discover that PV doesn't work.

Just copy the "Predator Vision mod" into the main Syrim SE directory and load the NightEyeENBFix_PredatorVision.esp after all whether an light mods. My ENB is set to hardcore so there are times where its pitch black in dungeons and some exterior locations w/o a torch.

I'd really rather not have to start entirely over. If you have SKSE, you can now activate the nightvision with the 'n' key, and the predator vision with the 'b' key.
