From the platform you found the previous Kodama on, look for a secondary platform below the upper platform and drop down to find another alcove. After getting the previous Kodama, retrace your steps to an area with Dwellers and a side passage with a large chest where bats try and push you off a ledge. Look for the door down on the bottom floor that is locked and needs the Central Mine Key. Take a left in the tunnel to exit onto a ledge looking down, and the Kodama is on this ledge.
